Meet the Founders

Abra Barnes, CCIM and Lyndsy Yim, CCIM bring more than 30+ years of combined commercial real estate experience across leasing, investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, strategic asset positioning, and development + retail recruitment consulting. With active footprints in Birmingham, Alabama and Atlanta, Georgia, they are known for their analytical approach, disciplined negotiation style, and hands-on client involvement.

Beyond brokerage, they are co-authors of Commercial Real Estate 101 for Residential Agents and First-Time Investors and educators committed to raising the standard of knowledge and professionalism within the industry.

Lyndsy is a retail real estate leader with a decade of experience in leasing, sales, and landlord/tenant representation in Alabama and Georgia. At Skyline CRE Advisors, she will oversee a diverse portfolio that includes power centers, grocery-anchored shopping centers, urban redevelopment projects leveraging historic tax credits, and surplus property dispositions for QuikTrip.

Prior to founding Skyline, Lyndsy was with SRS Real Estate Partners, the largest retail-exclusive real estate company in North America, where she represented national and regional brands in market entry and expansion. She has a proven track record of recruiting first-to-market tenants, positioning new retail concepts for long-term success, and creating dynamic retail environments that strengthen communities.

She specializes in landlord representation to recruit national + regional tenants, surplus disposition, and investment sales.

Beginning her career in 2001, where she has become a sought-after expert in tenant representation, particularly for restaurants and retail clients. She also serves as a small business coach, where she teaches entrepreneurs how to leverage ownership and tap into the benefits of SBA loans to build lasting success.

She’s passionate about rehabbing and developing commercial and residential real estate.
